Evold (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Evold collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Evold mobile application and related services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Evold, we may collect the following information:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and user identifier.
- Profile and onboarding information: age group, occupation or role, available time, life areas of interest, and preferences you choose to provide.
- Goal and activity data: goals, tasks, progress logs, task completion status, weekly reviews, reminders, and related notes.
- Technical information: basic app diagnostics, device/app information, and Firebase-related logs needed for authentication, database sync, and app stability.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your Evold account.
- To save, sync, and display your goals, tasks, progress, reminders, and reviews.
- To personalize suggested goals and tasks.
- To send account-related messages such as password reset emails.
- To improve app reliability, security, and user experience.
3. Firebase and third-party services
Evold uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to support login, data storage, and cloud sync. These services may process data according to Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process data only as necessary to operate Evold, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or protect the app and its users.
5. Data security
We use Firebase security features and access rules to help protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You should keep your login credentials private and use a strong password.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and goal data while your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data using the instructions on our Delete Account page.
7. Your choices
- You can update or remove some goals, tasks, and profile information inside the app.
- You can request account deletion and data deletion.
- You can control notification permissions from your device settings.
8. Children’s privacy
Evold is intended for users who are old enough to manage their own digital account under applicable local laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
