Delete Account Request

Evold allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data.

To request deletion, email support@evold.in from your registered Evold email address with the subject “Evold Account Deletion Request”.

What data will be deleted

• Your Evold account profile.
• Your goals and tasks.
• Your task logs, progress logs, reminder preferences, and weekly reviews.
• Other account-related data stored in Evold’s Firebase database.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary.

Processing time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying that the request belongs to the account owner.

In-app deletion

We are working to add a direct in-app deletion flow. Until then, this page provides the web request method for account deletion.
